Smashed avocado and egg toast

Ingredients

1/4 medium avocado, sliced

1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted

1 large hard boiled eggs, sliced

1 pinch table salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Put avocado slices on toast and gently mash with fork. Arrange sliced egg on top and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and pepper flakes.
